This ticket is exclusively available to foreign visitors to Japan. Valid passports must be presented at the time of use. It is not available to foreign residents in Japan or Japanese citizens.
Children aged 1 to 5 can ride the subway for free when accompanied by an adult or another child. However, if there are more than two toddlers, the third child will need to pay the child fare. Additionally, if a toddler is traveling alone, they will be charged the child fare.
All riders must be foreign visitors, and the maximum number of people allowed to ride together is 8.
The ticket allows simultaneous boarding for the total number of passengers within the specified capacity. Splitting passengers into separate groups is not permitted.
For travel on paid express trains or trains with reserved seating, purchase a separate limited express or reserved seat ticket.
Additional fares apply if boarding or disembarking outside the designated sections.
In the event of disruptions within a boardable section, alternative transportation may be used.

[Validity]

The ticket is valid for 5 consecutive days from the first date of use. Each day runs from 3:00am to 2:59am the following day. If use begins between 12:00am and 2:59am, that period counts as one day, leaving four days remaining from 3:00am.
The voucher is valid for 3 months from its issuance date.

[Issues, Troubles, and Usage Devices]

In case of operational issues, alternative transportation may be used, but refunds or extensions are not available.
Digital tickets cannot be used if the device malfunctions or has a dead battery. Repairs or device replacements must be handled independently.
If the device fails at the station exit, the regular fare from the boarding station (or the farthest station on the line if unknown) will be charged.

[Regarding Fraudulent Use]

Fraudulent use may result in additional charges, ticket invalidation, or both.
If any individual within a group commits fraud, all tickets in the group may be invalidated.
The following constitute fraudulent use:

- Use of the ticket by someone other than the designated holder.
- Exceeding the number of riders permitted by the tickets purchased.
- Failure to carry a passport while using the ticket.
- The named ticket holder is not using the ticket.
- Use of an invalid ticket for railways or trams, as defined by the operator's passenger business regulations.
- Use of an invalid ticket for buses, as outlined in the General Passenger Bus Transport Business Transportation Conditions of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

FAQ

What is the difference between adult and child fares?

[Adult] An adult fare applies to persons aged 12 and older.
[Child] A child fare applies to persons aged 6 to 11.
[Toddler] Children aged 1 to 5. Up to two toddlers can ride the subway free of charge when accompanied by an adult or child. However, a third toddler will be charged a child fare. Additionally, if a toddler rides alone, they will be charged a child fare. For more information, please refer to the passenger operation rules established by the individual transportation company.

I've made a reservation. How can I check if it was correctly made?

Once your reservation is confirmed, instructions will be sent to the provided email address. Please review the reservation details and the voucher containing the mobile ticket link. You can also access your reservation information by clicking the "Reservation Details" link in the email.

I made the reservation from my smartphone, so I can't print the voucher. Can I use the screen display?

Yes, you can. Please open the mobile ticket from the voucher you received and display it on your smartphone at the ticket gate.

How to use the ticket on the day?

Please present the ticket on your smartphone or other device to the station staff or bus driver. Automatic ticket gates cannot be used. For information on using the ticket at gates without staff, please check with the transportation company.

Is the validity period 120 hours from the time of first use?

The validity period is five consecutive days from the first day of use. Each day runs from 3:00am to 2:59am the following day. If usage begins between 12:00am and 2:59am, the period from 12:00am to 2:59am is considered as one day. Therefore, starting at 3:00 AM, there will be four days remaining.
