Children younger than 4 years old are free of charge for the half & full day visit options.
Children must be at least 7 years old for 1 day walk with elephants & overnight visit options.
A vegetarian meal is available on request. Please indicate it upon booking.
For the overnight option, please note that accommodation is in a 4-bed dorm room, and private rooms are not available.
A minimum of 2 people is required to book the overnight option.
Please note that this experience is not wheelchair accessible.
All programs will continue even in heavy rain, and no cancellations will occur due to rain.

[Karen t-shirt rental]

T-shirts designed based on Karen tribe's fashion style are provided for free during the activities at the sanctuary, and need to be returned after the program.
If you'd like to keep the Karen t-shirt as a souvenir, you can buy it at 200 baht on the day.

[Pick up areas]

A free transfer service will be provided to every accommodation within a 5km radius of Chiang Mai's Old City.
If your hotel is located outside the area, there will be an additional charge.
The exact pick-up time at your hotel will be sent to you through email after your reservation is confirmed.
