Hotel pick-up will be by shared minivan with 9~10 passengers.
Complimentary hotel pick-up is available within central Chiang Mai city areas.
For hotels outside the city, an additional charge of 300~800 baht applies for distances up to 25 km from the city center.

Once you make a booking, a final voucher including an eTicket with your name on it will be sent to you in a separate email 2 days before the reserved date. Please present your eTicket at the designated ticket redemption counter upon arrival to exchange it for physical tickets.

Between 1~2 months before the event (before Sept 4~Oct 3, 2025): 50% refund
1 month before the event (from Oct 4, 2025 onwards): Non-refundable

FAQ

Is hotel pick-up included in the ticket?

Hotel pick-up service is available only for Platinum ticket holders. A shared minivan (9–10 passengers) will pick you up from central Chiang Mai city areas. If your hotel is located outside the city center (within 25 km), an additional fee of 300–800 baht applies, payable on-site.
