How it works

From Airportels counters at malls and airports

Please drop off your luggage within each counter's opening hours.

From your hotel in Bangkok

Please drop off your luggage at the hotel reception and inform the receptionist that Airportels will be collecting your luggage.

You are not required to wait for the Airportels staff to collect the luggage after depositing it at reception.

If you drop off your luggage after the cut-off time, it will be delivered by 6:00pm or 8:00pm the following day. You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.

Please select the special luggage option if you would like to store any of the following items: sports equipment (surfboard), musical instruments (guitar, drum, keyboard instrument), bicycles, strollers, or any items not packed in suitcases.
Each piece of normal luggage must be under 200cm in total dimensions and weigh less than 25kg.
Luggage delivery follows a schedule and cannot be guaranteed for a specific arrival time.
You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If it is not picked up within 24 hours, a surcharge of 100 baht per bag will be incurred, to be paid directly to the Airportels staff.

Once collected by Airportels staff, luggage cannot be returned to the original pick-up location.
Luggage delivery follows a schedule and cannot be guaranteed for a specific arrival time.

1 day before the reserved date: 100% refund
Less than 24 hours before the reserved date: Non-refundable
