Overlooking the Dopojang village in Nambu-myeon, Geoje Island, stands the Windy hill. Windy Hill is a picturesque location having a steep cliff side overlooking the sea, a lawn of lush green blades and a wooden crafted windmill at its edge. As soon as you finish your small hike and reach the clearing at Windy Hill you will be welcomed by some strong sea breezes and a view that will make you stop in your tracks. The location has been made popular by several Korean dramas such as Carousel (2003, MBC) and Eve's Garden (2003, SBS).
Windy Hill is a great location for photographers that will make you want to capture everything with your lens.
Ps:- You will find a stall selling boiled water chestnuts at the beginning of your hike. The snack goes well with the amazing vistas that Windy Hill offers.
