This library is located inside Jeju National University so you can find rare books about academic information, bibliography, thesis etc. There are usually students in the library. The reading room, newspaper stand, ATM and the computer room are on the first floor. There are many books about finance, society, science etc. The third floor is a reading room. If the first floor is crowded, students come up to the third floor to study. You need a student ID to borrow books here.
