Seogwipo Central Library 서귀포 중앙 도서관

This is located in central part of Seogwipo. Materials and books for children are on the first floor, general books room and the IT plaza are on the second floor. A magnifying glass for people who are visually impaired is there. There are two reading rooms on the third floor. One is for reading and the other is for studying. You have to be quiet and you should not use laptops so that it doesn’t bother other people from studying. There is a restaurant in the basement.
