I gave a 2.6 on the price because the general price of this neighborhood is expensive than other areas of Seoul. There are some stores and restaurants that sell cheap food but most of the shops are quite pricey.
It's one of those "rich" areas in Seoul. In terms of clothes, there are lots of select and designer's shops. There are also pubs, lounge bars and various types of cuisines.
It's not so highly recommendable for a visitor.
