- It is necessary to register an Expo ID in advance. Each Ticket ID requires a separate Expo ID registration, but multiple Ticket IDs can be linked to a single Expo ID.
- When registering for an Expo ID, you will be asked to provide your place of residence.
- Age refers to the child's age as of April 1, 2025. Children aged 3 and under receive free admission. Children born before April 1, 2021, will be charged for admission. If a child will be 4 years old at the time of entry, a child ticket must be purchased. Children born after April 2, 2021, are admitted free of charge. Up to three free tickets for children aged 3 and under can be issued per reservation.

[Steps from purchasing tickets to visiting]
For the Osaka-Kansai Expo, advance reservations are required. Follow these steps:
1. Register your Expo ID: Go to the Expo official website and create your Expo ID. Each Ticket ID requires a separate Expo ID registration.
2. Register the ticket ID: Enter the 10-digit alphanumeric code from your electronic voucher into your Expo ID.
3. Reserve your visit date and time: Make a reservation for your visit date and time on the Expo website.
4. Lottery and Reservations for Pavilions, etc.
5. Visit the Venue: Please bring the generated QR code with you to the venue on your reserved date and time and attend the Expo
*Please note that you will not be able to enter the venue or make reservations for pavilions and other attractions without completing these steps.
*Reservations for visit dates and times are available on a first-come, first-served basis, starting 6 months before your desired visit date. You can change your reservation up to 3 times(within the admission period set for each ticket type). If you need to make a change beyond the third attempt, you may book any available slots after midnight Japan time on the day you plan to visit.

Entrance/Exit Gate: Scan one QR code per person to enter the venue.
Pavilion Entry: Use the QR code for authentication at each pavilion. (You can manage lotteries and reservations for all pavilions with a single Expo ID.)
[Pavilion and Event Lottery and Reservation]
1. Make reservations: Use your registered Expo ID to make reservations on the official Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai website.
2. Reservation details: At the Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai, you can reserve visits to pavilions and events based on your booked visit date and time. Families and groups can enter lotteries and make reservations together.
3. Reservation opportunities: Starting 3 months before your visit, you have three opportunities to make reservations: two lottery entries and one application for available slots on a first-come, first-served basis, up until the day of your visit.
4. Same-day reservations: You can make one reservation on the day of your visit. After using that slot, you can make another reservation if available.
5. Reservation announcements: Information about pavilion and event reservations will be available on the official Expo 2025 Osaka-Kansai website from late 2024.
