- No food or beverages allowed; light refreshments are available at the RED° STAND on 5th floor. (Bringing food for infants or religious reasons is permitted.)
- Multiple tickets purchased in one transaction cannot be used separately; all tickets activate simultaneously.
- Excessive cosplay is prohibited.
- Re-entry is allowed during operating hours with a same-day ticket. Last admission is at 9:00pm.
- Opening hours and schedules may change without notice. Facilities may close without prior notice due to reservations or other reasons.
