The pick up was on time and the bus ride was smooth. The guide was very kind and made sure that we were taken care of. (I ended up giving him some tip for gratitude) Our group was bigger than I thought and we got to take pictures of each other. Once we arrived, we took a shuttle (buggy car) inside the park and were lead to the sanctuary which was just breathtaking. While it was quite devastating to see the remnants of the war as there were big holes in between the sanctuary, it was also great that some countries helped Vietnam to preserve such a valuable relic. The not too sunny weather also helped a lot for us to wander around more freely. One of the most interesting things was the letters engraved from the champa kingdom which still haven't been analyzed till this day. (Wonder what their message is all about) It was definitely a fun day out and the tour completed our whole Hoian trip. After the tour, we were dropped off right in the central Hoian downtown. The old town was just 10 mins away by walking. I think the price is just way too cheap! It's all very worthy and highly recommended if you are staying for some days in Hoian.
