  1. In case of bad weather (e.g., typhoons, snowstorms), a decision to cancel the tour will be made 1 day before departure (by 15:00 local time), and participants will be notified by email.
  2. Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the scheduled time, as latecomers will not be accommodated. Ensure punctuality at each spot’s gathering time. No refunds will be provided for delays resulting in an inability to continue the tour.
