How do I redeem and use my pass?

After booking, you will receive an e-voucher 7 days before your reserved date. To get your physical pass, you must present this voucher and your passport or ID card at Odakyu Sightseeing Service Centers. When using the pass for the first time, please have it stamped at the ticket gate. Please carry your passport or ID card while using this pass.

Do I have to return the physical pass?

Yes, the pass must be returned at the final station on the last day of use.

Is the Odakyu Limited Express "Romancecar" included in the pass?

No, please note that a separate charge is required to ride the Romancecar.
