Edge (Hilton Pattaya)

Edge is an all-day dining restaurant located on the 14th floor in Hilton Pattaya Hotel in Pattaya, Thailand. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy your meal under the sun with a beautiful view of the beach.

The lunch buffet at Edge is not to be missed as it has different themes each day. It is from noon to 2:30pm from Monday to Saturday. On Sunday, brunch menus are served from noon to 3:00pm.

International dinner buffet at Edge is also highly recommended. From Monday to Thursday, and Sunday, you can enjoy a variety of food from different countries and cultures. On Friday, it is a day for "Seafood Extravaganza" and you indulge in fresh seafood with wine. On Saturday, it is time for weekend barbecue served with wine.
