Hwangso Gopchang is a very famous and popular restaurant in Sinchon. Hwangso Gopchang has been around for more than 60 years.
'Gopchang' is a dish of grilled intestines of cattle or pork. The intestines can be classified into several different parts including Gopchang(or Sochang - small bowel), Daechang(large bowel), Makchang, Yang and Beoljipui.
Hwangso Gopchang offers all the parts. They are all delicious but each part is unique in taste. Gopchang(Sochang) is chewy while Daechang is soft and has some creamy texture.
Since the parts are from cattle, the prices are not that cheap. But they are fresh and delicious.

It was very delicious, but I was so sad that they don't serve Bokkum Bab (fried rice after main dish) on the weekends.
