WOW didn't know that Mealtop opened in Shinchon! I only tried the one in Apku. I absolutely love their milk bingsu! Best bingsu in town!

This place is on the 10th floor of Sinchon Hyundai department store which is directly connected to Sinchon subway station. Its atmosphere is not that relaxed but the taste is great. The price seems a little bit expensive for a bowl of ice cream, but given the taste and freshness, it is totally worth it. I tried different menues and my favorite was MIlk Bingsu.
