[How to download/activate eSIM]
1. Make sure if your device supports eSIM and is not network-locked.
2. After the payment, you will receive an eSIM QR code via email within 15 minutes after ordering.
3. Scan and activate the eSIM just before your leave or when you arrive in Vietnam.
*Be sure to check if your phone supports eSIM before your purchase. You can click here to check if your smartphone supports eSIM, but please note that even though your phone model is listed on the link, eSIM support may be different in your country and with each model version. Please contact your phone manufacturer to make sure.
*This eSIM is NOT supported by iPhones and Samsung smartphones purchased from China mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.
