Even with the recommended environment, service availability may vary depending on your device or usage.
Please note that the Tokyo Subway Ticket, the vouchers for each attractions, and the Manyo Club discount coupon are separate.

[About Tokyo Subway Tickets]

The voucher is valid for redemption within 12 months from the purchase date.
A redeemed ticket is valid for 6 months.
The expiration date will be printed on the ticket after passing through the gate.
You can exit even after the valid period has ended, as long as you entered before it expired.
If the ticket is not used within the printed validity period, it will become invalid.
If you encounter issues using the ticket at the automatic gate after redemption, please notify station staff. They will verify and reissue the ticket if necessary.
To exchange for a ticket, present the “QR code” received after completing your reservation. Ensure you have a device capable of displaying the QR code, or bring a printed copy.
If you cannot display the QR code, you will be unable to use the ticket.
Partial ticket exchanges are not allowed. Even when purchasing multiple tickets, only one QR code will be issued per transaction. Scanning the QR code at Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway stations will exchange all valid tickets at once.
If the magnetic strip on your Tokyo Subway Ticket is damaged or weakened, it may not work at the automated ticket gates. Keep the ticket away from strong magnetic sources like smartphones, electronic appliances, and magnetic wallet clasps.

I made a reservation, but was it properly processed?

Once your reservation is confirmed, a confirmation email with instructions will be sent to your registered email address. Please check the reservation details and attached voucher. You can also view your reservation via the “Reservation Details” link in the email.

I can’t print the voucher because I made the reservation on my smartphone. Can I just show it on the screen?

Yes. Simply display the Tokyo City Pass on your smartphone screen and present it at the counter of each facility.

How do I use it on the day of my visit?

A voucher with a QR code will be attached to the confirmation email sent after your reservation is completed. Please bring it with you on the day and exchange it for a boarding ticket set. For more details, please refer to each product page.
