Children below 3 years old are unable to participate in this tour.
Children below junior high school age are not eligible to join the tour unless accompanied by a guardian.
Participants under 18 years old must provide written consent from a guardian. The parental consent form can be downloaded here.

If you become ill unexpectedly during the trip or experience symptoms such as fever, you will be required to leave the group. Unfortunately, in this case, the travel fee will not be refunded.
A tour conductor will not be present on the bus. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and staff while onboard.

The rental plan does not guarantee item availability. During peak periods (e.g., year-end, New Year holidays, weekends, and public holidays), rental wait times may be long. You are encouraged to prepare your own gear in advance. Please be aware that even if your desired size is not available for rental on the day, the tour operator will not be able to refund the travel fee.

[Lift pass]

For 1-day lift pass for Takasu Snow Park, IC card deposit of 500 yen is required.
If you'd like to ski at Dynaland as well, you can upgrade to a combined ticket for both ski resorts for an additional 500 yen for adults. Children can upgrade at no extra cost at the lift ticket booth.

Short skis are not available in children's sizes.

[Luggage Policy]

Upon arrival at the ski resort, you are advised to store your luggage in coin lockers (charges may apply).
Luggage may be at risk of theft, loss, or misplacement during transit. While loading and unloading services are provided, you are responsible for managing your belongings.
Due to limited storage on the tour bus, large luggage exceeding 150 cm (combined total of three sides)—such as large suitcases or snowscoots—cannot be accepted.

[Snow Play Option]

This option includes a Yukinos admission ticket, granting access to the designated snow play area (IC card deposit of 500 yen is required).
Lift pass and rental equipment are not included.

The tour will proceed as planned if the 650m lift slope is skiable using an ice crusher or artificial snow machine.
Please refrain from consuming alcohol or strong-smelling food on the bus.
Unforeseen circumstances such as road conditions or inclement weather may cause delays. In such cases, requests for taxi rides or hotel accommodations cannot be accommodated.
The tour will be canceled if there are no participants within 10 days of departure. If there is insufficient snow, the decision to cancel the tour will be made the day before departure.
Service may be canceled on the day of departure due to road conditions, snow conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be guided to the designated meeting place in Nagoya.
If the tour is canceled upon arrival at the meeting place (Nagoya), transportation costs to the meeting point will not be refunded.
The bus company providing transportation will be Mie Kotsu Co., Ltd. or an equivalent class of service. Bus operations may combine two or more routes.

11 days ~ 7 days (by 5:00pm) before the reserved date: 80% refund
7 days (past 5:00pm) ~ 2 days (by 5:00pm) before the reservation date: 70% refund
2 days (past 5:00pm) ~ 1 day (by 5:00pm) before the reservation date: 60% refund
Less than 1 day (past 5:00pm) before the reserved date: Non-refundable

FAQ

Can I rent equipment on the day?

Yes, but it is first-come, first-served. During peak seasons (year-end, holidays, weekends), rental queues may be long, and preferred sizes may not be available. No refunds will be issued if rentals are unavailable.

Is there a snow play option?

Yes. The Snow Play Option includes a Yukinos admission ticket for the snow play area. It does not include a lift pass or rental equipment.

Will there be a tour guide?

No tour conductor will be present. Please follow the instructions of the bus driver and on-site staff at all times.

What happens in case of bad weather or low snowfall?

The tour will operate as long as the 650m lift slope can run using artificial snow or an ice crusher. If there is insufficient snow, the cancellation decision will be made one day before departure.
