Osaka e-Pass Premium offers unlimited fun from morning to night! In addition to the popular attractions such as Abeno Harukas 300 Observatory, Osaka Castle, DIVE & WALK at Tsutenkaku Tower.
You can visit and enjoy all attractions for free during the validity period! At night, take advantage of activities like bars and clubs for even more entertainment.

Public transportation, including buses and trains, is not included.
Individuals under the age of 20 cannot purchase Osaka e-Pass Premium.
The same rate applies to both adults and children over age of 3 for Osaka e-Pass.
Service details, opening hours, regular holidays, and specific precautions may vary and subject to change without notice. Please check the website of each facility for up-to-date information.
Valid only on the day of use of the pass. (2 consecutive days for a 2-day pass.)
The pass can be used on any day within the validity period.

- Passes purchased from April 1, 2025 onward: Valid until April 30, 2026

[Usage Guidelines]

Each attraction can be accessed for free only once on the day of use. Re-entry is not allowed.
After visiting one facility, a waiting period of at least 30 minutes is required before entering the next facility.
The valid period of the Osaka e-Pass 1-day and Osaka e-Pass Premium starts from the opening time of the facility you enter and ends at the final entry time. (you cannot use the pass for 24 hours after starting use.)
The valid period of the Osaka e-Pass 2-day pass starts from the opening time of the facility you enter and ends at the final entry time on the following day. (you cannot use the pass for 48 hours after starting use.)

[Night Content Regulations - e-Pass Premium only]

You cannot start with night content. Beginning pass usage with night content will restrict entry to facilities the following day.
Identification is required to access night content.

For Tsutenkaku's "DIVE & WALK," age, height, weight, health, and clothing regulations apply. Refer to the facility’s website for details.
