- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your reserved time. Participants who are late or do not show up at the meeting point at the designated time will not be refunded.
- This tour will commence with a minimum of 6 participants. If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
- In case of bad weather, the Hanbok experience may be replaced with a visit to Petite France or the Italian Village.
- You are not allowed to wear a Hanbok on the Nami Island zip wire. Please change into your regular clothes if you plan to ride.
- Please return the Hanbok in a clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if it is returned unclean.
