Samseonghyeol Shrine 삼성혈

There are many legends about the origin of Jeju. The most famous legend is the Samsung legend. Long time ago in Jeju, there weren’t any people. Suddenly under the land, 3 demi-gods (Yang ella, Bu ella, Ko ella) emerged with a big light. So there became 3 holes on the land. They were healthy and smart and so they found Tamra country.
Samsunghyeol is the place where the 3 holes exist. You can actually see the 3 holes. And the trees around the hole are tilted to the holes. And you can see the movie and exhibition about the Samsung legend. The movies are available in English, Chinese, and Japanese. Moreover you can see a Korean traditional house.
