Doughnut Plant NYC have just opened up their newest location, right by Noksapyeong station. The popular doughnut chain was founded in the doughnut loving capital of the world New York City, but has since become popular in Korea. With several locations around Seoul, their additive free doughnuts have obviously become popular.

They have a range of doughnuts and other baked goods like scones. The most popular doughnuts on the menu are the creme brulee and double chocolate. Other flavours include, coconut, green tea, vanilla and berry.

Went there on a Sunday to try the place out. I got a couple of the donuts, and I was really unsatisfied with them. First off, the donuts were very dry in texture. It was also very very oily. Since I didn't like the donuts, I left most of them in the box, and one of them on top of a couple of table napkins. After about an hour, the napkins (about 5) were soaked through with oil, and the whole bottom of the box had oil stains. I myself am not an expert on donuts, but I would choose Krispy Cremes and Mr. Donut over this place any time.

First doughnut place in the area to open it's door. Has a good range of different flavours of doughnuts. Sadly no seating but a great place to grab and go.
