Price is slightly steeper than other cafes of the neighborhood, but you get what you pay for. Great place with delicious tea and also cozy atmosphere. Has separate corners for those who prefer some privacy. Overall, great place to hang out & spend the weekend afternoon.

Just beside the busy streets of Sinchon you find this european style cafe. It has a very quiet atmosphere and you can usually find people studying in here or just relaxing over coffee or tea.

While this place is both very close from my place and really refreshing/new in Seoul's enviroment and a real curiosity in the neighborhood, I have to disagree on a few reasons that make its fame.
The decoration is not genuinly European nor delicate. The place is crammed with mismatched heavy and kitsch couches. The place rather looks like a place selling antiquities rather than a classy coffee shop. It lacks authenticity as every little piece is ill-matched within this huge doll house.
I dislike the fact this place is presented as trendy and upscale while it is very kitsch and overrated. Although the cakes and the tea are good and nice, they are also overpriced and not that original, I don't intend to be mean or sneaky, but there is a much greater place across the street (My secret mate), thta I urgently encourage you to join instead.
