"Donjak Red Sky Cafe" is located across from "Donjak Cloud Cafe" on Dongjak Bridge. You can enjoy a fantastic view of sun going down behind 63 Building from Red Sky Cafe's terrace.
The third floor of the cafe would make you fee like you're in an aquarium, and the atmosphere of the fourth floor gives coziness. The fifth floor is more like a luxurious dining place, where you can enjoy dating with your lover.

I recommend the top floor of this cafe.
There is the stair to the rooftop at the top floor.
You can see the bridge on Han river which is an awesome view!
The cafe offers meals too but it's little expensive.
Drinking tea or ice cream is a better choice.
