If you'd like to enjoy skiing or snowboarding in a safer way, taking a lesson is highly recommended. During this private lesson, you will learn not only safety instructions but also the skills you want to learn, whether you are a complete beginner or an intermediate-level skier. A friendly English or Chinese-speaking instructor will also capture photos and videos of your lesson so you can take special memories home!

This package is for FOREIGNERS ONLY. A valid ID (i.e. passport) will be needed to verify your foreign status. If there is a Korean national in your group, you cannot join this package.
This is a private lesson available for a group of 1~3 people.
The family-only option is available for families of up to 4 people. To book the family-only option, all members of your group MUST be a family. Otherwise, the lesson may be canceled.
The same price applies to adults and children.
Please note that you cannot change options (Ski ↔ Snowboard) on-site.
For safety reasons, children younger than 10 years old cannot make a group by themselves (an adult must be in a group with them).
Please note that ski or snowboard equipment rental, ski clothes rental, and lift passes are NOT included in the ski lesson price. If you need them, please check out the Private Lesson Package, which includes equipment rental and a lift pass.

Traveler's insurance is available free of charge upon request. The tour operator will contact you 1 day before the tour to confirm your interest and collect the necessary information.

In order to participate in a ski/snowboard private lesson, Vivaldi Park Ski Resort lift pass and ski equipment/clothes are required.
Please make sure you have your gear and lift pass ready before you meet the instructor in order to maximize the lesson time.
Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking as the instructor will contact you via messenger a day before your visit. The instructor will let you know the exact meeting time and location.
Please note that some slopes may unabe vailable due to weather conditions. If Vivaldi Park officially closes a slope because of severe weather, a full refund will be provided.

FAQ

How will I receive details about the lesson meeting time and place?

After booking, please provide a messenger ID (WhatsApp or Line). The instructor will contact you a day before your lesson with exact meeting details.

Are the lessons available for everyone?

This package is for FOREIGNERS ONLY. You must present a valid ID (passport) for verification. Korean nationals cannot join this package.

How many people can join one private lesson?

Groups of 1 to 3 people can join a private lesson. There is a separate family-only option for groups of up to 4 family members, but all must be family members to avoid cancellation.

Can I change from skiing to snowboarding or vice versa on-site?

No. Option changes between ski and snowboard lessons cannot be made on-site.

Are there age restrictions for participants?

- Ski lessons are available for ages 3 and up.
- Snowboard lessons are available from age 8 (recommended from age 10).
- Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult in the group.

What happens if weather conditions close some slopes?

Some slopes may be closed due to severe weather. If Vivaldi Park officially closes slopes on your lesson day, you will receive a full refund.

Is traveler’s insurance available?

Yes. Traveler’s insurance is available free of charge upon request. The tour operator will contact you a day before the lesson to confirm and collect necessary details.

Can I rent gloves or goggles from the tour operator?

Yes, gloves can be purchased for 20,000 won and goggles rented for 10,000 won (cash only). If you do not rent goggles, please bring your own sunglasses.
