  • This package is for FOREIGNERS ONLY. A valid ID (i.e. passport) will be needed to verify your foreigner status. If there is a Korean national in your group, you cannot book this package.
  • Up to 4 people can share 1 room.
  • For a group of 2 people, 1 family room at Sono Belle or Sono Moon will be assigned.
  • For a group of 3~4 people, 1 suite room at Sono Belle or Sono Moon will be assigned.
  • The same price applies for both adults and children.
  • Children under 24 months can join free of charge; however, no separate seat, meals, or admission tickets will be provided.

The VIVA Winter Festival takes place during Feb 12~13, 2026.
Yes, but with conditions:
- Children over 2 years old must pay the full price (same rate for all sizes).
- Children under 24 months are free of charge, but they will not be provided with meals, car seats, or admission tickets.
- The smallest ski equipment size is 17 cm (foot length) for skis and 21 cm for snowboards.
- Children under 3 years old who wish to ski must check equipment availability on-site with the guide and pay separately if available.
Yes, you can choose to go snow sledding or enjoy spa at the water park instead.
No. You can select only one main activity per day (Skiing, Snowboarding, Snowyland, or Ocean World), and once you start, you cannot switch to another activity that day.
Basic lessons are not included. If needed, you can add the 1-hour basic Lesson to your tour when making your booking.
