Can I take my treats home after the experience?

Yes. You can take your treats home wrapped in a traditional Korean style using a cloth. This optional service costs an additional 15,000 won and can be paid in cash on the day of the experience.

Is there an age limit for children?

Yes. Children under 10 years old are not allowed to participate in this experience.

Can I join the experience alone?

Yes. If you would like to join the experience as a solo participant, please email experience@trazy.com in advance to check availability before booking.

What happens if the class is canceled due to low participation?

If the class is canceled because the minimum number of participants is not met, you will be notified in advance and receive a full refund.
