  • Participants must be at least 11 years old and 145 cm or taller.
  • Children under 10 years old or under 144 cm must ride together with a guardian after selecting the child add-on option.
  • Wetsuit rental is not included in the tour price. If you would like to rent a wetsuit, please select the optional add-on during booking.
  • Wetsuit rentals are available for participants from approximately 125cm/25kg to 190cm/120kg.
  • This experience will commence with a minimum of 3 people. If the tour is canceled due to lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.

  • Swimsuit or any comfortable outfit suitable for paddleboarding (Even when renting a wetsuit, it is recommended to wear swimwear or innerwear underneath)

  4. Participants should be comfortable with water activities and follow staff instructions during the experience.
  5. In case of cancellation due to bad weather conditions such as high waves, typhoon advisories, or any weather deemed unsafe, a full refund will be provided.
  6. This experience will commence with a minimum of 3 people. If the tour is canceled due to lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 70% refund
1 day before the reserved date (before 5:00pm): 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date (after 5:00pm): Non-refundable.
*If you need to reschedule your booking, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
*You may change your reservation date once. Please note that refunds are not available after a reservation has been changed. Date changes due to bad weather are permitted, while same-day changes will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Absolutely! This SUP experience starts with a 20-minute basic training session led SUP instructor, making it perfect for beginners.
Please bring a swimsuit (or any comfortable outfit suitable for paddleboarding), sunscreen, beach-friendly shoes, and extra clothes (if needed).
