  • Each session can accommodate up to 10 participants.
  • Children younger than 36 months old are free of charge.
  • Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Youth and seniors may board alone or with others in the same age group without a guardian.
  • For children, youth, and seniors, please bring an age verification document, such as a passport or ID.
  • If more guests arrive than originally reserved, additional guests will not be allowed to board.
  • If the number or category of passengers (Adult/Youth/Child, etc.) differs from the reservation, the original online payment must be fully canceled, and a new payment must be made on-site.

Once you make a booking, a mobile voucher will be sent to your email. Please present the mobile voucher at the ticket counter to exchange it for a physical ticket before entry.

  1. For children, youth, and seniors, please bring an age verification document, such as a passport or ID.
  2. All participants must arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time.
  3. A separate boarding consent form and safety instruction must be completed before boarding.
  4. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
  5. If more guests arrive than originally reserved, additional guests will not be allowed to board.
  6. If the number or category of passengers (Adult/Youth/Child, etc.) differs from the reservation, the original online payment must be fully canceled, and a new payment must be made on-site.
  7. There is no designated parking area for visitors. Please use the nearby public or private paid parking lots around Yeouido Park.
  8. Passengers under 110 cm (3.6 ft) in height may have limited visibility during the ride.
  9. From November to February, please wear warm clothing and bring gloves, as temperatures can be low.

[Operation Policy]
  1. Operations may be canceled on the day of your visit due to weather, flight control, or other unavoidable circumstances.
  2. If operations are suspended after ticket issuance while waiting to board, a full refund will be provided.
  3. If an early descent occurs during boarding (flight time less than 5 minutes), a full refund will also be provided.

[For Safety]
  1. Guests who have difficulty moving independently must be accompanied by a guardian.
  2. Wheelchairs, strollers, or items wider than 90 cm cannot be brought on board. These must be stored next to the lockers before boarding.
  3. Individuals with acrophobia (fear of heights), bipolar disorder, or similar medical conditions are advised to carefully consider participation.
  4. Drunken individuals and those who do not follow pilot instructions will not be allowed to board.
  5. Pets are not permitted on board. And there is no designated waiting area for pets, so visiting with pets is discouraged.
  6. Please follow all instructions provided by the pilot and staff at all times.
  7. For safety reasons, running or sudden movements are not permitted.
  8. Do not extend hands or objects outside the safety net during the ride.
  9. If any unusual symptoms occur, such as dizziness, nausea, or panic, inform the pilot immediately.
  10. Passengers are responsible for any accidents or issues caused by failure to follow the safety guidelines above.

[Prohibited Items]
  1. All personal belongings must be stored in the provided lockers before boarding.
  2. The following items are not allowed inside the SEOULDAL balloon:
  • All photography equipment except mobile phones (DSLR cameras, action cameras, tripods, selfie sticks, etc.)
  • Any items that could fall during flight
  • Weapons, explosives, flammable materials, sharp objects (e.g., knives, scissors), or any items that may cause harm or discomfort to others
