Museum Soo is a traditional embroidery museum in Daegu where you can get to see hundreds of unique fabric artwork. After enjoying the lovely museum, try using the needle and thread to make your own piece of work. You will be able to make a pillow stuffed with dried red beans. The red beans are known to help you get deep sleep and also believed to drive away bad luck!

FAQ

The Museum Soo embroidery experience offers a chance to view exquisite stitching and patchwork created by Korean embroidery masters. It combines cultural learning with a relaxing tea time and a hands-on craft activity.
You will tour Museum Soo, learn about traditional Korean embroidery techniques, enjoy tea and snacks, and create a handmade health pillow to take home.
The total duration of the embroidery experience is approximately 60 minutes, including a museum tour with tea time and a hands-on embroidery session.
Get off at Suseong-gu Office Station (Daegu Line 2) and take Exit 1. Take a u-turn as soon as you exit from Exit 1 and take left to the main street. Walk straight for about 700 meters. Once you pass the large 3-way intersection, take a left on the narrow alley that takes you towards the park. At the end of the alley take a right and walk for about 20 meters. You will be able to see Museum Soo on your right.
