  • Children under 3 years old are NOT eligible for sledding for safety reasons.
  • If you book Snow Sled or Free Time Package, you can NOT enter the ski area. Please note that the ski resort requires you to wear ski/snowboard gear in the ski area due to safety reasons.
  • Please inform us if you are bringing a baby stroller or wheelchair by email at experience@trazy.com.

Once you make a booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you. Please show the confirmation email to the staff on the day of the tour to join.

  1. Please note that some slopes may not be available depending on weather conditions.
  2. While not mandatory, it is recommended to purchase accident / travel insurance before joining this activity.
  3. Please take responsibility for your personal belongings as we will not be liable for any losses during the trip.
  4. Due to the safety and equipment size issue, the ski option is only available for children over 7 years old.
  5. We recommend inquiring about the availability of child equipment sizes before making a reservation.
  6. It is hard for children to practice with other people in the skiing area. Special attention to safety is required.
  7. We do not recommend taking the ski lift if you are a ski beginner.

Some slopes at Jisan Ski Resort may be closed depending on weather conditions and resort operations.
Travel or accident insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended for your safety.
Yes. Skiing and snowboarding are only available for children over 7 years old for safety reasons. Children under 3 years old cannot participate in sledding. Children under 24 months can join free of charge but must share a seat with their parents in the vehicle (ID required).
For safety reasons, we do not recommend ski beginners to take the ski lift.
If you book the Snow Sled or Free Time Package, you cannot enter the ski area. The resort requires all visitors in the ski area to wear proper ski or snowboard gear.
The Ski Package includes skis, ski poles, and ski boots. Goggles, helmets, gloves, socks, and neck warmers are not included.
Yes. Goggles and helmets are available for rental (10,000 won each). Gloves can be purchased on site (20,000 won). Please note a 10,000 won penalty fee applies if goggles are lost.
