  1. In order to participate in a ski private lesson, you must be equipped with ski equipment/clothes and have a lift pass. Please make sure you have your gear and lift pass ready before you meet the instructor in order to maximize the lesson time.
  2. Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking.

3 days before the reserved date: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date: 50% refund
1 day before the reserved date or less: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).

FAQ

To participate, you must have your ski equipment, ski clothes, and a valid lift pass. All gear and the lift pass must be prepared before meeting the instructor to ensure you can use the full lesson time effectively.
No. Ski equipment and lift passes are not included. Participants are required to arrange their own gear and lift pass in advance.
One private lesson booking is available for groups of 1 to 3 people. If your group has 4 people, you must make two separate bookings with 2 participants each.
Yes. The minimum age for ski lessons is 5 years old. For safety reasons, children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
Yes. The minimum age for snowboard lessons is 7 years old. However, the recommended age is 10 years and above. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult for safety reasons.
Lesson time cannot be extended due to late arrival or missing equipment. Please arrive on time with all required items prepared to avoid losing lesson time.
