  1. In order to participate in a ski private lesson, you must be equipped with ski equipment/clothes and have a lift pass. Please make sure you have your gear and lift pass ready before you meet the instructor in order to maximize the lesson time.
  2. Please write down a messenger ID (WhatsApp/Line) where you can be easily reached upon booking.
  3. If High 1 Ski Resort officially closes a slope because of severe weather, a full refund will be provided.
