  1. If the date or time you booked is not available, we will contact you in advance for a reschedule or a full refund.
  2. For the nail/pedi art service, please note that you can only choose a design created by Hey Objet.
  3. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the reserved time. If your arrival is delayed by more than 10 minutes, we may need to adjust the procedure or consider it a no-show. Unfortunately, refunds are NOT possible for no-shows.
  4. Please note that the soak-off (gel removal) and extension services cannot be booked individually. They must be booked together with other services.

Conditions d'annulation

All times are based on Korea Standard Time (KST) (GMT + 9 hours)
3 days before the reserved date by 5:00pm: 100% refund
2 days before the reserved date by 5:00pm: 70% refund
1 day before the reserved date by 5:00pm: 50% refund
Less than 1 day before the reserved date: Non-refundable
*If you would like to reschedule your reservation, please check the availability with us at least 3 days before the original reserved date (no later than 5:00pm KST).
