  • Electric wheelchairs and strollers are not allowed onboard. Foldable strollers or wheelchairs can be brought if folded.
  • The Banpo Bridge Moonlight Rainbow Fountain Show runs only from April to October and may be canceled due to weather conditions or decisions by Seoul city authorities.

[About parking]
  • Free parking is available at 86-5 Yeouido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul (map) (Enter the Yeouido Hangang Park 1st parking lot and drive straight to the exclusive zone for E-Cruise parking)
  • However, during weekends and the spring flower festival in April, the surrounding roads and parking lots are very congested, so we strongly advise using public transportation. (In case you are unable to board on the day of reservation due to parking and traffic congestion, you cannot cancel or move your reservation.)

Upon arrival at the ticket office, please fill out the boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after your ID is verified.

  1. You MUST come to the terminal at least 20 minutes before the departure. The cruise will depart right on the scheduled time and WILL NOT WAIT for those who are late. No refunds or changes can be made for being late.
  2. All passengers must present a valid ID upon boarding.
  3. Please complete a boarding declaration form upon boarding. Boarding will be denied if the form is not submitted.
  4. You must complete a boarding declaration and exchange it for a paper ticket after confirming your ID at the ticket office. (Admission with mobile tickets is not possible due to ID verification procedures)
  5. Operations continue in rain or snow; however, service will be suspended in the event of heavy rain, a cold wave warning, or if the Paldang Dam discharge exceeds 3,000 tons. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
  6. The cruise will operate as scheduled even on rainy days unless there is severe wind. If the cruise operation is canceled by the cruise company, a full refund will be issued.

Unfortunately, the cruise departs exactly on time and cannot wait for late arrivals. No refunds or changes will be issued for missed cruises. Please make sure to arrive at the terminal at least 20 minutes before departure to allow time for check-in.
