Aperçu
Discover the beauty of Gangwon-do in spring on this scenic cherry blossom day tour from Seoul!
Escape the city and head to Korea's east coast, where mountains, temples, and riverside paths create a refreshing spring getaway. Enjoy panoramic views of the iconic Ulsanbawi rock formation at Sono Delpino, explore local flavors at Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market, and visit the peaceful seaside Naksansa Temple overlooking the East Sea. End the day with a relaxing walk along Namdaecheon Stream Cherry Blossom Road in Yangyang, where rows of cherry trees create a beautiful path.
Why this tour?

▲ Ulsanbawi Observatory (Sono Delpino)
Located within Sono Delpino Resort, Ulsanbawi Observatory offers panoramic views of the dramatic Ulsambawi rock formation in Seoraksan. Take in the striking granite peaks rising behind the resort, creating one of the most recognizable mountain backdrops in the region.

▲ Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market
Sokcho Tourist & Fishery Market (former name: Sokcho Jungang Market) is the iconic market opened in 1982. It is home to Sokcho's local seafood, crops, and general goods as well. The market is especially famous for Sokcho's local snack, dak-gangjeong (sweet & sour chicken).

▲ Naksansa Temple
Boasting a 1,300 year history, Naksansa Temple is located north of Naksan Beach and is considered one of the great eight scenic areas, or Gwandong Palgyeong, in the Eastern region of Korea. The temple is also known for the giant stone Buddha, Haesugwaneumsang, which is the largest of its kind in Asia.

▲ Yangyang Namdaecheon Cherry Blossom Street
Located along the Namdaecheon Stream in Yangyang, this scenic riverside path is lined with cherry blossom trees that bloom beautifully in spring. The gentle stream and rows of soft pink blossoms create a peaceful setting, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing walk and memorable spring photos.
