  • If you exceed 4 hours on the hourly rental, 2D1N rate will be applied.

  • If you wish to return the scooter in 24 hours, please select the 2D1N option. If you wish to return the scooter in 48 hours, please select the 3D2N option.

FAQ

Users are fully responsible for all repair costs if the electric scooter is damaged. In addition, a 50% compensation fee for financial loss will be charged, calculated as (repair time x rental fee x 0.5).
You must cover the full replacement cost for any lost electric scooter or rental equipment, including helmets, chargers, or other accessories.
Yes. Wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear is required at all times while using the electric scooter for safety reasons.
If a flat tire occurs and flat tire insurance was not purchased, a 30,000 won penalty will be charged on-site.

Yes. Scooter delivery and pickup services are available daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Delivery and pickup are available only at hotels located on Jeju Island. Delivery is not available at airport, private residences, or other locations.
