In case of a flat tire, those who have not applied for the flat tire insurance are subject to a 30,000 won fine.

If you exceed 4 hours on the hourly rental, 2D1N rate will be applied.

If you wish to return the scooter in 24 hours, please select the 2D1N option. If you wish to return the scooter in 48 hours, please select the 3D2N option.

What happens if the electric scooter is damaged during the rental?

Users are fully responsible for all repair costs if the electric scooter is damaged. In addition, a 50% compensation fee for financial loss will be charged, calculated as (repair time x rental fee x 0.5).

What if the electric scooter or equipment is lost?

You must cover the full replacement cost for any lost electric scooter or rental equipment, including helmets, chargers, or other accessories.

Is wearing a helmet mandatory when riding the electric scooter?

Yes. Wearing a helmet and appropriate protective gear is required at all times while using the electric scooter for safety reasons.

What happens if I get a flat tire?

If a flat tire occurs and flat tire insurance was not purchased, a 30,000 won penalty will be charged on-site.

What are the age and license requirements to rent an electric scooter in Jeju?

You must be at least 19 years old and hold a valid International Driving Permit to participate.

Is electric scooter delivery available in Jeju Island?

Yes. Scooter delivery and pickup services are available daily from 10:00am to 7:00pm. Delivery and pickup are available only at hotels located on Jeju Island. Delivery is not available at airport, private residences, or other locations.
