*Both S & R Seats are reserved seats. You cannot move/exchange the seats during the festival.

1. You must enter the seating area by 6:00pm on the festival date. No guests are allowed the enter the venue after 6:00pm and no refund will be made for the late arrival.
2. Please arrive at the festival venue by at least 5:00pm and present the confirmation email at the ticket booth to pick up the ticket.
3. Please note that the event may cancelled/delayed due to weather conditions. In this case, we will issue a full refund.
4. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be reissued. The event organizers, supporters, and partners will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
5. Any dangerous items such as weapons and explosives are prohibited.
6. Any pets except guide dogs are cannot enter the venue.

Until September 30, 2025 (~11:59pm): 100% refund
From October 1, 2025 (12:00am~): Non-refundable
*If you would like to change your reservation, please check the availability with us before October 1, 2025 (no later than 5:00pm KST).

1. You cannot transfer the tickets to others (the customer’s name under the reservation cannot be changed).
2. Change in the number of tickets / partial cancellation is available only when the customer who originally made the reservation requests. The change / cancellation will be processed according to the cancellation policy.

Can I get a refund if it rains or the event is canceled?

If the festival is officially canceled due to the weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

Are children allowed?

Yes, children are welcome. Please note that children under 36 months may enter the reserved seating area for free but will not be provided a separate seat.

What time should I come to the event venue?

You must enter the designated seating area by 6:00pm on the day of the festival.
However, various events and performances will begin around 2:00pm in the surrounding area, so we recommend arriving early to fully enjoy the festivities.
