  • Please wear comfortable shoes suitable for walking and pack according to the season since the tour includes outdoor activities (e.g., sunglasses, hats, and sunscreen in summer, warm clothing and hand warmers in winter).
  • Please note that it may be difficult to use a wheelchair or baby stroller due to the many stairs and narrow alleys at the Yeongdo Huinnyeoul Culture Village.

  5. The tour will proceed as scheduled in the event of light rain. However, in cases of natural disasters or severe weather warnings (such as typhoons or storm advisories), if outdoor activities cannot proceed, a partial refund for the affected experiences or an alternative schedule will be provided.
  6. If a participant chooses not to engage in certain parts of the tour (e.g., cinema studio experience) or leaves the tour early for personal reasons, no refund will be issued for the uncompleted activities.
  7. If the tour is canceled due to the lack of participants, we will let you know in advance and issue a full refund.
