No need to print in advance — redeem your ticket at the kiosk at Aquafield Spa and Water Park. Select your ticket type, age, and gender on the kiosk. A locker number will be issued automatically.

Unfortunately, child tickets for Aquafield Spa and Water Park are not available on Trazy. Please purchase child tickets separately at the ticket booth on the day of your visit. Children under 36 months can enter free of charge with valid proof of age; however, jjimjil clothes and towels will not be provided.

Get off at Samsong Station (Line 3) and take Exit 3. Walk straight and turn left at the fried chicken restaurant. Turn right at the first block and continue straight. Turn left at the second block and walk until you see the CU convenience store. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Starfield Goyang. Aquafield Goyang is located on the 4th floor.

Get off at Hanam Geomdansan Station (Line 5) and take Exit 1. Walk straight past the elementary school, cross the road, and continue straight until you reach Starfield Hanam. Aquafield Hanam is located on the 3rd floor.

Can I store my luggage at Aquafield Spa & Water Park?

Yes, personal lockers are provided, and you can store luggage and large items at the front desk.

Is it possible to wear a hijab and underwear at Aquafield Spa & Water Park?

Underwear and Hijab scarves may be worn in the communal areas of the steam spa. However, for hygiene and safety reasons, they are not allowed inside the sauna.

Are towels and clothing provided?

Yes basic towels and bathrobes are provided.

Are there any regulations regarding tattoos?

Customers with very large tattoos covering the entire body, both arms, the entire front, or the entire back, as well as those with multiple tattoos, are not permitted to enter.
