With this convenient private resort transfer (transport) service, you can easily get accessed to Alpensia Resort or its surrounding areas (nearby accommodation) from either Incheon Airport (ICN) /Gimpo Airport (GMP) or from your hotel in Seoul. Airport Pickups: Due to possible delays, the driver will provide 90 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time beyond this will incur an additional fee, payable in cash directly to the driver.
- Van for up to 4 people: 20,000 won per 30 minutes after 90 minutes
- Van for up to 5 people: 15,000 won per hour after 90 minutes
- Big van for up to 12 people: 30,000 won per hour after 90 minutes

If you depart from the ski resort to the airport on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or snowy day, please depart at least 7~8 hours before the flight schedule. The vehicle will arrive at the designated pickup time. Please note that you are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time, and the operator will not be held liable if the flight is missed due to traffic congestion or unforeseen road conditions.
If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us to check the availability at inquiry@trazy.com.
No refund will be issued even if you end up not using the service on the day due to duplicate booking from any other transfer providers, unless you cancel in advance according to the cancellation policy.

What time should I depart from the ski resort when heading to the airport?

If you are traveling from the ski resort to the airport on a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or during snowy weather, you should depart at least 7 to 8 hours before your scheduled flight to allow sufficient travel time and avoid delays.

Can I bring my own ski equipment?

Yes. If you are bringing your own ski equipment, please contact us in advance to confirm availability by emailing inquiry@trazy.com.

Is a refund available if I do not use the transfer service on the day?

No refunds will be issued for no-shows or unused services caused by duplicate bookings with other transfer providers. Refunds are only possible if you cancel in advance according to the stated cancellation policy.

Are toll fees and airport parking fees included in the price?

Yes. All toll fees and airport parking fees are already included in the transfer price with no additional charges.

Is the airport transfer service available 24 hours?

Yes, the private airport transfer service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including late-night and early-morning transfers.

Are there any additional fees for late night or early morning transfers?

Yes, additional fees apply for late night or early morning transfers:
