For those like me who enjoy the rich history of Korean scholars, this village is for you. It is part of the huge complex that includes Sosu Confucian Academy as well as Sosu History Museum.
Just a short history, sunbi (also romanized as sunbee, or seonbi) were respected scholars who lived to improve their bodies and minds. Their greatest victory in life was passing the state exam in order to gain a government position. I wrote a full post about it on my blog. Highly recommend this place.
