This Montmartre park is located in Seocho, Gangnam area that has a very peaceful atmosphere.
The french name probably comes from its location- nearby the french village "Seorae Maeul".
It's on the top of a hill like real Montmartre and has a great landscape with a view of Seocho area including the Supreme Court of Korea and the National Library of Korea around the park.
It's more like a walking course where you can stroll up and down the hill.
