This building is composed of a basement and three floors.
Jeju literature room is the core knowledge area that displays various kinds of books, Jeju's literature and periodic publication.
Books for children, newspapers, magazines are located in the children's room. Also, there are mother's nursing room and talking room.
The multimedia room is a cultural section where you can use the computer to search information. Online services like text database, satellite broadcasting and audio materials are available too.
Foreign material room is divided into 2 rooms for children and adults. and there are English photo books, foreign books, embassy materials that public relations. It is the ground for offers foreign culture, economy and sightseeing information.
