These are the MUST try street food in Korea.
They are the main Korea street food wherever you go.

Mandu is dumpling of pork or pheasant, garlic chive, cabbage, zucchini, tofu, mung bean sprouts, soy sauce, green onion, and sesame oil

Gimbap is a popular Korean dish made from steamed white rice and various other ingredients, rolled in seaweed and served in bite-size slices.

Tteokbokki is cylindrical rice cakes served slathered in a spicy red sauce.

Odeng are long flat cakes made from fish, that are folded up and impaled on a skewer to be cooked in a pot of hot broth

Fried snacks (twigim) are a variety of deep-fried foods – shrimp, eggs, gimbap, sweet potato, lotus root, peppers, eggplant, and more.

Just a tip on ordering, make sure you’re ordering from a stall that have their price written.
I heard stories about, foreigner just ate a bit and cost them a boom.
To be even safer, ask how much before ordering and pay them right away when the food is served.
Normally the locals will pay after done eating.
