Absolute high quality shisha.
Good coal and tobacco (eg Starbuzz, Al Fakher - which are the best in my opinion).
Nice music (important: it is not too loud, you can still talk).
I agree with Andy G - great prices for drinks.
For me, the shisha quality is the most important aspect of a shisha bar - that means 5/5 stars !
The location has several nice details like the iron man figure on the wall, but it could be a little more cosy, for example with some comfortable couches (this is why I chose it is more enjoyable with friends and not partner). Benches and chairs are ok, yet not more.
Second aspect, where I again agree with Andy G, is size - it gets crowded too fast.
This means coming with more than one friend spontaneously might be hard.

This little spot has great prices for drinks and has one of the, arguably, top hookah spots in Korea. No instant coal and low grade shisha here. More varied shisha selection (imported from abroad or better shisha brands like Starbuzz) than other places in Seoul and premium coal are used. The owner is a former sniper but one of the nicest guys you'll meet. Its a laid back place that gets busy on the weekends at night but come early. You can smoke inside or outside, but be warned it's not too big so it gets packed easily.
