Softree is a recently very popular ice cream store among the Seoulites. It's known for its milk ice cream made of organic milk from Sangha organic farm in Korea.
The most popular ice cream is the the "Honey Chips," which is a milk soft ice cream that comes with original honey chips. You can eat in a cup, cone or corno (which is a type of bread). The cones also come in different parade of colors, which is also another excitement to see.
This branch is in Garosugil street, Sinsa-dong.
Softree has other branches in Gangnam station, Hongdae and Hannam-dong.

So yummy even in late autumn, the ice-cream is both creamy and milky!

Now there are many places that sell honey chips ice cream all over Korea, but bear in mind that Softree is the very first ice cream parlor that started the whole craze, and having tried honey chips ice cream from several different competitors, I would say that I still like Softree the most. Prices range from 3500 - 5000 won, which is pretty reasonable given the quality of the ingredients used.

Actually I went to the one in Jamsil!
This place is so famous for the bee hive topping!! I've always wanted to try bee hives, and it was my first time actually eating them. I thought it would be more like a crunch kind of thing but it was rather gummy!! I really enjoyed chewing it but I hope the topping was bigger lol and the icecream tasted just like milk! so yummy
but I guess I expected little bit too much . lol
