Lost/damaged passes cannot be re-issued.

Winter season:
- Mon~Fri: 9:00am~5:00pm (last car down: 4:00pm)
- Sat, Sun & public holidays: 8:00am~5:00pm (last car down: 4:00pm)
The skywalk opens 1 hour after the cable car starts operation.
The skywalk may be closed in harsh weather conditions. Please note that a refund cannot be issued if you have used the cable car, even if you have not used the skywalk.

The package includes round-trip transportation to Yongpyong Resort and vouchers for your selected option (ski/snowboard package or Balwangsan Cable Car). Equipment rentals and lift passes are included only if stated in your chosen package.

Are ski clothes or protective gear included?

Ski clothes, goggles, gloves, and helmets are not included. Helmets are mandatory for all skiers and snowboarders. You can rent or purchase these items on-site, and helmet rental tickets are available separately.

Is a tour guide provided?

No, this is a self-guided tour. The shuttle bus driver does not speak English.

Can I get a refund if certain slopes are closed?

Some slopes may be closed due to weather conditions. You can check real-time slope status on the official Yongpyong website. Refunds are not available for weather-related closures.

How does the Balwangsan Cable Car package work?

The cable car operates daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm in winter. The skywalk may close in severe weather. If you ride the cable car, refunds cannot be issued even if the skywalk is closed.
