Taxis are covered by insurance for medical expenses in the event of a traffic accident during the ride, following relevant regulations and compensation procedures.
Even if the tour ends early, partial refunds are not available.
In the event that drinks or other liquids are spilled, the tour may be terminated early, and the tour cost will not be refunded. Additionally, a cleaning fee will be charged, which is specified by law at 150,000 won.
If the vehicle is damaged to the customer's fault, repair costs will be charged.
